At Illuminated Bodywork, each session is guided by intention and shaped by what your body truly needs. It begins with listening—creating space for your body to reveal its patterns, posture, and areas of tension. I’ve been drawn to bodywork for as long as I can remember, often told that my gift was in my hands before I fully understood what that meant. Over time, that intuition evolved into a practice grounded in both skill and intention. Influenced by Thai bodywork and Sports massage, I integrate assisted stretching, mobility work, and hands-on techniques to help the body move more freely and function as a whole. Each session is guided by what your body presents in the moment—creating space for release, realignment, and restoration on multiple levels. This approach allows for effective, lasting change. Sessions are designed not only to relieve discomfort and restore balance, but to support your body’s natural ability to heal and function at its best. No two sessions are the same—each is thoughtfully tailored to align with your body’s goals. ~Before You Book~ Choose the service that best reflects what your body needs.
